Your quota covers the number of monitors and a monthly SMS/voice allowance — a voice call draws on the same pool as an SMS, at the same rate. Sub-accounts, team members, status pages, and alerts via email, webhook, Slack, or Discord don't count toward it. You distribute the monitors freely across all your clients, so you point your quota where it earns revenue.

Your price stays stable. You book a shared pool instead of a per-client license: new clients draw monitors from the pool, freed-up monitors go back to work. Quota changes take effect immediately and are prorated, so your costs follow your portfolio, not the other way around.

All of them, in every quota: uptime (HTTP/HTTPS), ICMP/ping, SSL certificates, DNS and blacklist checks (DNSBL), response-time thresholds, and Playwright synthetics. Every outage is confirmed by multiple EU nodes before an incident opens, so you don't pass false alerts on to your clients.

Email, webhook, Slack, and Discord alerts are unlimited and free. Only SMS and voice calls draw on your quota's allowance. Once it's used up, paid channels simply pause — we never bill you automatically. Opt in to overage in your settings if you want SMS/voice to keep going beyond the allowance, from €0.08 per unit. Email and webhook keep firing either way, so your team is never left blind.

Yes. Teams, on-call schedules, escalation policies, and alert ingestion from your own tools (webhooks, email, API) are included in every plan at no extra charge — activate it anytime from your dashboard. Its SMS and voice paging draw on the same monthly quota as your customer-facing alerts, at the same per-unit rate. If that quota runs out and you haven't opted in to overage, paging skips straight to the next on-call tier and keeps notifying free channels — so a page is delayed at worst, never silently dropped, and an admin is alerted to top up the quota.

Polling runs exclusively from European locations, including Frankfurt. Processing is EU-only, with no US sub-processor with access to your customer or monitoring data, and we provide a DPA. Per monitor, you can additionally restrict the checking countries via allowlist, which minimizes third-country transfer risk and takes a discussion off the table in your B2B pitch.

Your own domain, your logo, and an SMTP relay for alerts from your own sender address, plus unlimited branded sub-accounts and status pages. No "powered by," and that's in every quota. So you sell monitoring as your product, not as a resold tool.

You get a 14-day trial with the full feature set. To start the trial you add a credit card; you're only charged after the 14 days, and you can cancel anytime to the end of the current period. After that you bill monthly, post-paid. Prices are excl. VAT; for EU business customers with a VAT ID, reverse charge applies.
