Unified check engine for service monitors

All service monitor types (ICMP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, IMAP/POP, DNS) now run on one hardened check engine: consistent security guards and timeout handling across protocols, more accurate response-time measurement, and a fix for long TXT/DKIM record comparisons.
